By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the fbajei platform at https://fbajei.net, or by registering a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the fbajei Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fbajei platform and must not create or maintain a player account. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any updated version of these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and fbajei (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The terms apply to all services offered through fbajei, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, fishing games, and all associated account, payment, and promotional services.

Access to fbajei and all services offered through the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fbajei operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement — whether initiated by you through the fbajei responsible gaming tools or through any other mechanism.
• Not a problem gambler: You must not be accessing the platform as a means to manage, fund, or escape from financial hardship, debt, or a recognised gambling addiction.
• Account in good standing: You must not have had a previous fbajei account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

fbajei reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Where a player cannot or will not provide satisfactory proof of age, fbajei reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending the outcome of the verification review.

To access the full range of fbajei services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players in Bangladesh.

When registering your fbajei account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• Keep your account information up to date. If any of your registration details change, you must update your account profile promptly.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not share your account login credentials with any third party, and not allow any other person to access or use your fbajei account.
• Register and maintain only one fbajei account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of another person, or allow another person to register using your personal details.

fbajei reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method(s) linked to your account. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All fbajei player accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are currently supported by fbajei for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — Minimum deposit ৳200.
• Upay (United Commercial Bank) — Minimum deposit subject to current platform rates.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking — Available for deposits and withdrawals.
• BRAC Bank internet banking — Available for deposits and withdrawals.
• Visa / Mastercard — Card deposits accepted where enabled on the player's account.

Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the player account being reviewed for potential suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the fbajei payments team during support hours (09:00 – 01:00 BST, UTC+6), seven days a week. fbajei aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above; however, withdrawal processing times may be extended in cases where additional identity or payment verification is required. fbajei reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount across all supported methods is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount enforced as a blanket policy, though large withdrawals may be subject to staged processing at fbajei's discretion.

fbajei offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Eligibility: All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who are subject to self-exclusion or who have requested a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds — and in some cases the deposit amount associated with a bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. The exact wagering multiple is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will be forfeited without notice.
• One bonus per player: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per payment method, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: fbajei reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and close player accounts where it reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to exploit or manipulate the promotion rather than engage with the platform in good faith.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount of real-money winnings that can be converted from bonus play. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.

All casino games available on the fbajei platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any wager.

For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports covered by the fbajei sportsbook — the following conduct rules apply:

• All bets are placed and accepted in BDT. Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. fbajei does not guarantee that in-play odds will remain available for any specific duration.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest odds error, fbajei reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price. Players will be notified and the original stake will be returned to their BDT wallet.
• Match abandonment and interruption: in the event that a cricket or football match is abandoned, suspended, or significantly curtailed, settlement will follow the official rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.) or fbajei's sportsbook rules as published on the platform.
• fbajei does not accept bets from players who have insider knowledge of an event outcome, or from players who are participating in the event being wagered on.

Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to the player's BDT wallet automatically upon settlement. Disputed settlements must be raised with fbajei customer support within 30 days of the event outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbajei platform. fbajei reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, and to withhold funds pending investigation.

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit with minimal genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or place bets on your behalf without genuine manual engagement.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against deposits made to your fbajei account. Any player found to have submitted a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently closed and may be subject to legal action.
• Money laundering: Using the fbajei platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means. fbajei cooperates fully with relevant authorities and retains records of all financial transactions processed through the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Minors accessing the platform: Any attempt by a person under the age of 18 to register or use the platform, or any adult who facilitates such access, is strictly prohibited.

Where fbajei closes a player account for breach of these prohibited conduct rules, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is confirmed, the withheld funds will not be returned and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

fbajei is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we recognise our obligation to provide tools and resources that help players stay in control of their gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both fbajei and all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits directly from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days following the requested change, to prevent impulsive limit increases during play.
• Session time reminders: Players may enable automated session reminders that display an on-screen notification after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will be inaccessible for login and no deposits can be processed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling behaviour has become problematic may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated by contacting [email protected] and requesting immediate account suspension. Self-exclusion periods start at 6 months and can be set for longer durations. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suppressed.
• Reality checks: fbajei may display periodic on-screen reminders of total session duration and net wins or losses during extended play sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbajei and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the fbajei platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, platform unavailability, or network interruptions that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of a game session or bet in progress.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, resulting in unauthorised account access by a third party.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand the rules of a game or betting market before placing a wager.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's own payment provider, banking institution, or mobile financial services operator.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if fbajei has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit fbajei's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

fbajei provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

fbajei reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual players, except where a specific change materially affects player rights or existing bonus arrangements, in which case reasonable advance notice will be published on the fbajei platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. By continuing to access or use the fbajei platform after any updated version of these terms has been published, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
